Overview

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed according to established programs and procedures; organize and maintain the backroom for easy access in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, freight processing, etc.
• Fulfill the customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
