Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, mentoring team members to deliver fast, friendly service and ensuring a great shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude
• Stock and restock inventory throughout the facility
• Check in vendor deliveries
• Assist in training team members
• Perform administrative tasks such as shift reports, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.
• Support the Store Manager as needed

Requirements

• Minimum one year retail experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate electronic equipment
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends
• Must be 18 years or older, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Physical and Additional Requirements

• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Prolonged standing and working at a cash register
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Ability to access all store areas
