Constellation is seeking a qualified Analyst II to join our Retail Operations team. The role focuses on day-to-day workflow activities, exception handling, and SLA adherence while collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ related experience, strong Excel and CRM skills, and the ability to analyze data, support SOX controls, and drive process improvements in an energetic energy company environment.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Business or 2+ years' related experience.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and pricing/billing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day workflow activities with high-volume order-to-cash tasks.
• Handle pricing and billing data to ensure accuracy and minimize risk.
• Support SOX compliance through accurate contracts and confirmations.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for key deliverables.
• Assist in testing and process improvements to drive efficiency.
