Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Retail Operations. You will apply subject matter expertise to daily workflows, handle complex issues and escalations, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT, ensuring SOX controls, supporting order-to-cash activities (enrollment, billing, pricing), and providing timely, accurate service. Travel and in-person trainings are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related Office tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and reason through complex scenarios.
• Experience building relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Independent decision making with sound judgment under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate and resolve system or process issues across teams.
• Drive process innovation by defining business requirements and leading UAT activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure SOX compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Monitor internal systems, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• Execute order-to-cash activities including enrollment, billing, pricing data management, and cash application.
• Travel required to meet business needs; in-person attendance for trainings and meetings.
