Job summary

Fencing Supply Group is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Analyst to support national home-center accounts. You will manage day-to-day account activities, process special orders, and ensure data integrity across item setup.

You will collaborate with sales, branch operations, and IT to optimize order accuracy, improve performance, and support ongoing account management across Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other retailers. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail account support, vendor operations, supply chain compliance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for retail accounts — managing inquiries, quotes, and store-level issues.
• Own and manage special order programs — end-to-end processing, pricing, lead time, and compliance.
• Set up new items through Syndigo / CXH and GDSN — ensure data and imagery quality before live.
• Monitor EDI performance (850/856/810) and coordinate with IT to maintain ASN compliance.
• Track deductions and chargebacks, escalating root causes to reduce recurring issues.
• Analyze retail performance data and flag issues before they escalate.
