Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for TJ Maxx Store King George to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support store operations. You will engage customers, maintain the sales floor, and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of associates.

You will participate in scheduling, ensure cash-office accuracy, and help manage safety, policies, and store standards while collaborating with management and peers for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
