Job summary

Old National Bank seeks an Application Analyst II to join the Information Technology team onsite in multiple locations including Evansville, Lake Elmo and Chicago. The role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing retail and digital banking applications, with SME knowledge of Retail Online Banking.

You will partner with IT and business units to gather requirements, manage changes, and ensure SOX/compliance readiness while delivering reliable online banking experiences and guiding

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of configuration and support experience with banking systems.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to build relationships with system stakeholders and the team.
• Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills across audiences of varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage system configurations, internal support, and vendor management.
• Engage with business partners to solve problems and liaison between IT, vendors and lines of business.
• Collect, analyze, document and communicate business requirements for enhancements and projects.
• Assist with SOX/compliance documentation and risk management.
• Provide clear and concise technical documentation and process documentation.
