Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas is seeking an Office Supervisor to manage money flow, process customer transactions, and ensure accurate deposits with AML compliance. You’ll train partners, supervise day-to-day cash handling, and run daily audits to keep records orderly.

You will balance drawers, review reports for variances, and coordinate with store teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two+ years of related experience required.
• Standing and walking; ability to handle money and perform audits.
• HIPAA, TABC/LACT/AATC, AML certifications to be obtained within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees money flow in and out of store and processes customer transactions.
• Trains and develops partners, schedules, plans and directs work.
• Maintains accurate deposits, balances drawers and safe funds.
• Reviews cashier reports for variance and escalates concerns.
• Ensures compliance with AML and other money regulations; handles Western Union and money orders.
• Performs various office tasks and supports cashiers as needed.
