Responsibilities

• Process Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, coin redemptions, refunds and equipment rental.
• Prepare cash/check deposits and maintain accurate store financial records and bank logs.
• Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist cashiers and answer incoming calls; perform general office tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of tender policies and store procedures for checks, EBT, coupons, etc.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service; respond to complaints.
