Job summary

Macy’s in Chicago seeks a Manager, Style Merchandise Execution to lead the team in presenting merchandise attractively and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will oversee product movement, pricing, signage, visual execution, event setup, and reverse logistics, bringing creativity and trend knowledge to fashion displays.

You will coach, train, and motivate a diverse team, manage inventory, and partner with brand standards to keep the store customer-ready and profitable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Apply fashion and merchandise execution experience to drive sales and profits.
• Interpret seasonal execution guides and tailor them to store layout and product assortment.
• Lead and train visual merchandising directives and standards for each category.
• Create engaging store displays and plan pricing, signage, and events.
• Strategize on merchandising and seasonal presentation to enhance sales.
• Support Own Your Style fixtures and fashion trends.
• Lead DEI initiatives through trend presentations and customer engagement.
• Document work with photos to educate and inspire the team.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports to meet performance goals.
• Manage inventory flow, receipt, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
