Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Associate to join our Meadville area store. You will help create a positive customer experience, ensure merchandise is properly tagged and displayed, and coordinate smooth product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You’ll train associates, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet company goals while delivering flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures back stock is organized for easy replenishment.
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction goals.
