Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Delta, Colorado. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training. Growth opportunities exist, and no prior experience is required as training is provided. Physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs are involved.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to perform physical work up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older and reliable transportation.
• Use smartphone or tablet to record work.

Responsabilités
