SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Concord, NC to support in-store merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, rotate product, and monitor inventory to boost sales.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training. No prior experience required as we provide training; you must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate product and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
