Advantage Solutions' SAS Retail Services team in Matthews, NC is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to manage in-store displays, supervise associates, and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated.

You will train staff, report on merchandising activities, and collaborate with store management to drive sales. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be 18+, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience. Training is provided for progression.
