Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Concord, NC. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to boost sales. Responsibilities also include assisting leadership with training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Opportunities for additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience; ability to lead and train others.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
