Job summary

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays, end caps, and rotate shelves; track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work via smartphone/tablet after each shift.
