Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising support role in Redwood Falls, MN. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including moving, bending and standing.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
