Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities across assigned locations in Vermont and surrounding areas.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training. No prior experience required as we provide training and ongoing team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
