Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with displays and shelf resets. You will help track inventory and assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation is recommended to reach the work location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and in a team; safety-focused in retail.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
