Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales while also assisting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience and strong customer service. Training is provided, and benefits and growth opportunities are available. 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using smartphone/tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
