Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising in Falls Church, VA. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales for stores and suppliers.

You will also assist management with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members, while delivering strong customer service and leading the team to success.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience in leading and training a team is essential.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build engaging displays and end caps; reset shelves through product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales for stores and suppliers.
• Assist management with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new team members.
