Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Falls Church, VA. You will build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train people.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
