SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Bealeton, VA. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and support leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities to grow within the company. Expect competitive wages and potential for additional hours as needed.

Formación

• Must be able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience; ability to lead and train others.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: move, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Record work on a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, track inventory.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
