Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires and training teammates, with a focus on safety and excellent customer service. This position offers growth opportunities and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic communication with customers and management.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience and ability to train others.
• Experience leading and training teammates plus using mobile devices to record work.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Motivated self-starter with action-oriented attitude and independence.
• Cultural fit: safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
