Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process efficiently.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and backroom processes.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; monitor productivity and guide the team.
• Support store safety, policies, and loss prevention efforts.
