Responsibilities include assisting with all store duties, opening/closing procedures, safeguarding assets, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing corporate directives.

Qualifikationen

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must work well in a high-energy, team environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy and other communications.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Maintain positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers and staff.
