Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures associates process efficiently.
• Ensures excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing to floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and programs like credit and loyalty.
