Play a central role in helping your store, your team, and your customers succeed by:

• Processing accurate and efficient inventory controls (Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online, pick up in store)
• Executing all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
• Implementing weekly planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changeovers
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Utilizing basic selling skills to engage customers and present solutions
• Maintaining a neat and inviting store environment
• Performing front-end responsibilities such as cashiering, handling returns, and online reservations
• Providing store leadership when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty”
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations
• Experience managing and coaching a team or supervising others
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Preferred but not required: Key holder experience in retail
