Job summary

Walmart in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a team member who delivers exceptional member service and helps customers with self-serve technology and product choices. You will assist with stocking, pricing, and maintaining inviting displays across the sales floor, while handling returns and ensuring store policies are followed.

As part of the team, you’ll support management with coaching and assisting associates, participate in safety procedures, and uphold Walmart's Open Door policy to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist customers with self-serve technology and product decisions.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and clearly priced.
• Ensure safety and comply with company policies while coaching associates.
