Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchases and resolving issues.
• Supervise associates by assigning duties, giving feedback, training, and coordinating scheduling and performance.
• Stock and organize merchandise, maintain the sales floor, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, rotation, and cleanliness of displays and aisles.
• Lead teams to meet priorities and coach others through changes and challenges.
• Oversee club pickup order picking and staging.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to implement improvements and meet business needs.
• Uphold ethics and integrity, promote Open Door Policy, and comply with company policies.
