Play a central role in helping your store, your people, and your customers win by:

• Processing accurate and efficient inventory controls, including Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, and Reserve online pick up in store
• Executing all product activities, including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
• Executing weekly planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changeovers
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Understanding and utilizing basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
• Maintaining a neat and clean store environment
• Performing front-end responsibilities such as cashiering, returns, and online reservations
• Providing store leadership as the "Manager on Duty" when scheduled
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations
• Experience managing and coaching a team or supervising others
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective multitasking with limited supervision
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull materials up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Preferred: Key holder experience in retail
