Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Philadelphia. You will support the Store Manager by driving merchandising, freight flow, and daily operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will manage stockroom and floor presentation, assist with monthly planners, and ensure policy compliance while supervising associates in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandise, including DSD.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.
