• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership alignment.
• Lead workload planning, daily task prioritization, and staffing to meet business needs.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and in-stock optimization to ensure sales readiness.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage to maintain pricing integrity.
