Michaels Amherst is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution and store operations. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, lead a team, and coordinate promotions, ad sets, and in-store signage while focusing on shrink reduction and service excellence. Nights and weekends are required.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and drive results.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
