Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing with needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and timely merchandising sets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper adjustments.
• Manage damages procedures to reduce shrink.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and development.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
