Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Merchandising Associate to oversee day-to-day operations of the SpaceX merchandise store, ensuring accurate inventory, strong customer service, and a high-quality retail experience for employees and visitors.

You will support routine store operations and merchandise needs for events and activations, collaborating with the Merchandise Store Manager and cross-functional teams to implement new product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage inventory at store level, including receiving shipments, stocking product, and cycle counts.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors and processing sales via POS.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute planograms and brand setups.
• Support merchandise needs for events, launches, activations, and special programs.
