Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Merchandising Associate to run the SpaceX merchandise store day-to-day, ensuring accurate inventory, high-quality customer service, and a polished retail experience for employees and visitors.

You will handle store operations, assist with events and activations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement planograms and brand-aligned displays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience in a branded retail or merchandise store environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with visual merchandising and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Manage store-level inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors and processing sales through the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking displays and executing brand-immersive setups.
• Support merchandise needs for events, launches, activations, and special programs.
• Follow documented processes to ensure efficient, scalable store operations.
