Job summary

The role supports routine store operations and merchandise for events and activations, collaborating with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams to drive product launches and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience with inventory receiving and cycle counting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Manage store inventory, receive shipments, stock products, perform cycle counts, and escalate discrepancies.
• Assist employees and visitors with product selection, answer questions, and process sales via POS系统.
