Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing in Clinton, North Carolina, is seeking a Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service to perform reset and remodel projects across assigned stores. You will read plan-o-grams, place items, restock shelves, and ensure planogram accuracy while collaborating with store personnel and teammates.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of planogram experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience reading and using plan-o-grams; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability or willingness to operate basic hand tools.
• Able to safely climb and stand on a step stool or ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel projects.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise properly.
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Report observations to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager.
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules and training activities.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to work.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to hazards.
