Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service in Dunn, NC. You will perform reset and remodel work, read plan-o-grams, place items, and maintain planogram integrity while building strong relationships with store personnel.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability for traveling to stores, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. A tech-ready mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience reading and using plan-o-grams; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and handheld devices.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel projects.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise, and check date codes.
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager.
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules, accept assignments, and record time and attendance.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation for reset and remodel work.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe acts or conditions.
