Job summary

ACO-US in JOHNSTOWN, PA is seeking motivated merchandisers to support reset and remodel projects across multiple store locations. You will read plan-o-grams, place items, and ensure accurate item placement.

Join Acosta Sales & Marketing's national network, collaborate with store personnel, follow safety protocols, and maintain strong relationships with business partners while delivering merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience reading and using plan-o-grams; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and maintain a professional appearance.
• Access to internet, email, and printing capabilities; comfortable with smartphones/handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset/remodel projects.
• Move shelves, install racks/fixtures, display merchandise, place tags, and restock.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Report observations and issues to the Mandate Manager.
• Use web-based apps to manage schedules, assignments, times, mileage, and training.
• Prepare and manage documentation for assigned work efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to hazards.
