Job summary

Acosta is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to join our national network. You will perform reset and remodel work, read plan-o-grams, place items, and maintain planogram integrity in multiple store locations around Farmville, NC. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year reading plan-o-grams, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Proficiency with handheld devices and basic tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Minimum 1-year experience reading and using plan-o-grams; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and handheld devices.
• Able and willing to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Able to operate basic hand tools and equipment, including hammer, screwdriver, drill, and case cutter.
• Able to safely climb and stand on a step stool or ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel projects.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise properly.
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager.
• Utilize web-based applications to manage work schedules, accept assignments, and complete training activities.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned work.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe acts or conditions.
