Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Columbus, OH is hiring for in-store merchandising support. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

You will also record daily work on a mobile device and collaborate with teammates to meet shopper needs. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
