The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and delight shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities, reporting to store managers and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and additional hours on request.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
