Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with shopper-focused displays and product placement. You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

We welcome motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, can lift up to 50 lbs, and work well both independently and as part of a team. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
