Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers

Description:

As an employee ofChannel Partners, you willbe assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weeklyand/or one-time basis. You willbe responsible forservicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to bescheduled4-9hourseach week.Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.

Compensation:

• Employees are paid anin-store and online traininghourly rate of$18.13perhour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software

• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed

• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities

• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality

• Active email address and phone with voicemail

• Strong communicationskills in person, by phone and via email

• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines

• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutterand hammer
