Job summary

Channel Partners, a national retail solution company, seeks a Part-Time Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. You will handle merchandising projects, report progress via mobile app, and maintain planograms with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities include building relationships with store staff and Channel Partners teams, lifting light to moderate weights, and adapting to varying weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communicationskills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutterand hammer.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, escalated store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers.
• Lift up to 60% of the time: lift up to 10 pounds; stand and walk up to 4 hours; visually see small items, numbers and codes; repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands.
• Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time: lift up to 25 pounds; stoop and bend; kneel and crouch; reach above and below shoulder level.
• Occasionally, less than 30% of the time: lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; stairs/escalators/elevators as needed.
