Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. You will manage merchandising tasks, report progress via a mobile app, and maintain strong store relationships. Expect 3–8 hours per week with pay at $21.00/hour and weekly pay.

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communicationskills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutterand hammer.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintainingplanograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintainprofessional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships withChannel Partnersemployees including peers,Channel Partnerscorporate employees,partnersand managers.
• Continuously,more than 60% of the time: Lift up to 10pounds.
• Stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time.
• Visually see small items,numbersand codes.
• Repetitive use of fingers,wristsand hands.
• Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time: Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stoop and bend.
