Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. Expect 3–8 hours weekly with weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time shifts.

Responsibilities include completing merchandising projects, reporting via mobile app, and building positive store relationships while maintaining brand standards.

Description

As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to be scheduled 3-8 hours each week. Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.

Compensation

• Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $14.73 per hour

• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues
• Build andmaintainprofessional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals

• Continuously,more than 60% of the time:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities
• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality
• Active email address and phone with voicemail
• Strong communicationskills in person, by phone and via email
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
