Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes merchandise recovery, replenishment, and maintaining company merchandising standards.

You will complete daily department recovery, organize displays, and assist customers with product locations and decisions. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced store.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
